How do I fund my account?

Deposits are handled in the portal, not the API. Sign in, read your deposit address, and send TRX to it. Your available balance updates once the deposit confirms.

Why is the secret shown only once?

Your API secret is stored encrypted at rest. For your own safety we only show it at creation; reveal it again (requires 2FA) or revoke and re-issue if you lose it.

What is the timestamp window?

Requests must arrive within a few minutes of the x-timestamp you sign. Keep your server clock reasonably accurate (NTP).

Can I retry an order?

Yes — reuse the same idempotency_key with the same payload and you get the original order back instead of a double charge.

Is there a webhook?

Yes — optionally. Set a callback_url when you create an API key and every order status change is POSTed to it, signed with your secret. See Webhooks. If you don't set one, poll GET /api/v1/energy/orders/:order_id.

What does RECONCILIATION_REQUIRED mean?

When an order-processing anomaly causes funds to be abnormally frozen, our team resolves it. Until then, the balance is protected by the ledger.

What is target_activated?

Whether the target address was activated on-chain at quote time. An unactivated address burns more Energy on its first transfer. It is advisory and does not affect the price.

Which durations are available?

The default duration is 10 minutes; other common durations are 1 hour, 1 day and 3 days. See List durations.
